Service Description. This Site describes Box Braids, Hair Braiding, Knotless Braids, Cornrow Braids, Boho Braids provided by Fallou Hair Braiding. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://fallouhairbraidingky.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fallou Hair Braiding or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Fallou Hair Braiding may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fallou Hair Braiding makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Fallou Hair Braiding arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fallou Hair Braiding from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of KY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in KY.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
